At Westwind we offer our guests a rustic and beautiful stay beside the waters of the Pacific. We have the flexibility to provide lodging for nearly any size group. Accommodations range from a single cabin….to a lodge for 16 with its own meeting rooms and kitchen… and an “entire camp” package with 17 cabins and two lodges capable of hosting 150 visitors.
In the Wilson Lodge, a communal dining hall and event space, we feature fresh seasonal fare from the Cascadia region. Certain lodging options offer visitors the flexibility of preparing their own meals in private kitchen facilities.

Phone reservations:
1.541.994.2383 All dates and rental fees are quoted in person over the phone so that we can tailor your Westwind experience to the right facilities. Please leave a message if you reach our voice mail and we will return your call promptly.
Payment:
We require a deposit on all bookings of 50% within 1 month of making a reservation. Balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks or cash. Any additional rental fee amounts will be billed after departure.
Transportation into Westwind:
Access to Westwind is by barge across the Salmon River. Renters need to arrange specific crossing times with site staff 2 weeks prior to arrival as they are dictated by the tides.
Cancellation:
Our cancellation policy requires written notice three months prior to rental date for 50% refund of deposit. For cancellations falling within 90 days of the rental date there will be no refund. Thanks for your understanding. If Westwind has to cancel the rental, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Health services:
Westwind has staff with Wilderness First responder training and a 20 minute response time from aid car facilities in Lincoln City. Lincoln City is the nearest full service hospital.
Phones:
Cell phones operate only sporadically at Westwind. Though the camp office maintains a phone for important calls, this is a welcome relief for most of our guests once they "let go" and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Computers:
No computers or WI FI are offered at Westwind.
Smoking:
Westwind is a non-smoking community, Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Absolutely no smoking is allowed when in the natural areas of Westwind due to fire hazard.
Pets:
Other than in service animals there are no pets allowed at Westwind in respect for our abundant wildlife.
Wildlife:
We encourage all guests to leave all natural objects and wildlife in their original settings. We also encourage people to keep respectful distance from all wildlife.
